Eats Side Of 2nd at BlueBerry Hill

East Side of 2nd Rocks Blueberry Hill

This past weekend, East Side of 2nd made the trip down to Blueberry Hill Festival, and the energy was unforgettable. Sharing the stage with Kieran Gardiner, the Blutcher Boys, and Blue Scarrow, the night brought together some of Saskatchewan’s finest music in one place.

The crowd turnout was incredible, and for the Edwards boys, it was extra special—family came out in full force to support, cheer, and sing along. Merch tables were busy, and the community spirit made it one of the most memorable stops on the band’s summer run.

Mother Nature had her own plans, though. A massive storm rolled in mid-set, forcing the stage lights to dim and the festival organizers to cut things short. But East Side of 2nd wasn’t about to let the night end there.

The band grabbed their gear and finished off the show in true rock-and-roll fashion—inside the barn. What started as a storm delay turned into a barn burner. The crowd packed in tight, shouting along to “Twist and Shout” and “La Bamba,” shaking the rafters and turning the stormy night into one hell of a party.

From the festival stage to the barn floor, Blueberry Hill proved once again that live music in Saskatchewan thrives on energy, heart, and community. For East Side of 2nd, it wasn’t just another gig—it was a night that captured everything this band stands for: grit, fun, and a crowd that always leaves louder than they came in.
