As the new year unfolds, East Side of 2nd has been hard at work behind the scenes, gearing up for a busy few months ahead. January was all about preparation—finalizing plans, tightening up their setlist, and ensuring everything is in place as they look to take their music on the road.

The band also hit the studio for some raw, one-mic recordings. They laid down an acoustic version of their original song Splash of Morgan, as well as a heartfelt cover of Zach Bryan’s Revival. These stripped-down sessions capture the energy and soul of their live performances and are set to hit Spotify in the next month.

Meanwhile, Splash of Morgan continues to make waves beyond Canada, picking up traction in the USA and even as far as Australia. With over 4,000 streams and climbing, the song is proving to have staying power with listeners worldwide.
